...and found some beautiful coloration
Every log is a surprise I milled this maple log a few weeks ago and was pleased to find some beautiful figure and spalting. This should make for some beautiful guitar caps. I am thinking book matched hollow bodies with humbuckers. Or maybe a really cool carved top. Either way, I have about two years to think about it while the wood dries and stabilizes!
